Refund Policy
At Habubu, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help — in line with UAE Federal Law No. (15) of 2020 on Consumer Protection and global e-commerce standards.
Eligibility for Returns
You may return your product(s) if:
- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- You notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery (UAE orders) or 14 calendar days (international orders).
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags and accessories intact.
Items returned without prior approval or outside the return window may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food or drink items)
- Intimate or personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, earrings, undergarments)
- Customised or personalised items
- Gift cards or vouchers
- Sale or clearance items (unless damaged)
Refund Options
Once your return is approved and received:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- In some cases, we may offer a store credit or replacement item as an alternative.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned product.
How to Request a Return or Refund
To start a return, please:
- Email us at info@habubu.com within the return window.
- Include your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
- Our customer service team will provide you with return instructions and the return address.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Return Shipping
- UAE Orders: If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item), we will cover return shipping costs. Otherwise, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
- International Orders: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees and any applicable customs duties.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details.
- We will arrange for an exchange, refund, or store credit as appropriate.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
- Once an order is shipped, it must go through the return process.
