Refund Policy

At Habubu, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help — in line with UAE Federal Law No. (15) of 2020 on Consumer Protection and global e-commerce standards.

Eligibility for Returns

You may return your product(s) if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • You notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery (UAE orders) or 14 calendar days (international orders).
  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags and accessories intact.

Items returned without prior approval or outside the return window may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food or drink items)
  • Intimate or personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, earrings, undergarments)
  • Customised or personalised items
  • Gift cards or vouchers
  • Sale or clearance items (unless damaged)

Refund Options

Once your return is approved and received:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • In some cases, we may offer a store credit or replacement item as an alternative.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned product.

How to Request a Return or Refund

To start a return, please:

  1. Email us at info@habubu.com within the return window.
  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
  3. Our customer service team will provide you with return instructions and the return address.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Return Shipping

  • UAE Orders: If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item), we will cover return shipping costs. Otherwise, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
  • International Orders: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees and any applicable customs duties.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details.
  • We will arrange for an exchange, refund, or store credit as appropriate.

 Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
  • Once an order is shipped, it must go through the return process.
